A day of rock climbing specifically dedicated to children and young people!
It is common knowledge that climbing is innately popular with children. It is a wonderful sporting activity, rich in educational, psychological and motor values. It positively affects attention, intuition, memorisation, decision-making skills, sense of responsibility, etc.
It is a discipline that involves all parts of the body, requiring refinement of motor coordination, balance and spatial orientation. By means of a fun educational course, the first movements of climbing are taught as playful-motor education.

This climbing course for children and young people is based on play-climbing, allowing the youngest children to enjoy this sport safely.
The lesson will take place at a natural rock crag. We will meet in the morning at around 9.30 a.m. and will climb until around 3.30 p.m.
Activities will be carried out safely with the use of materials (ropes, helmets, harnesses, etc.) and the constant presence of mountain guides. Each guide will follow small groups of around 4-6 children.
All the necessary technical equipment is provided free of charge by the organisation, both personal equipment (helmet, harness, climbing shoes) and common equipment (ropes, quickdraws, etc.).
The minimum number of participants to start the activity is 4 persons.
