Mountaineering on Monte Rosa: Spaghetti Tour
fromDates6-7-8-9 August
Mount Rosa rises on the Swiss-Italian border and no fewer than 19 peaks soar over 4000 metres, making it the highest group in the Alps. Many believe its name is due to the magical pink colour it turns at sunrise and sunset, but in the ancient spoken language 'patois' rouese means glacier. Enchanted places and breathtaking scenery, where every activity, from off-piste skiing to mountaineering, takes place mainly on glaciers and peaks.
