The route is fully equipped with 10 mm stainless steel fixes and stainless steel chains at the belays.

As it is a new route, there is still some dirt due to cleaning (which will disappear with the first rains) and some unstable rocks that may have been missed during rigging, so the use of a helmet is recommended!

From the end of the route, it is advisable to traverse left for 20 m to reach the last Bunker or Powa belay and exit the wall via one of these.

Here we are Like all self-respecting winters, this winter we returned to the Muzzerone....

For several years now, with Luisa, we have indulged in opening a new route using my knowledge of these walls, which has now (sig!) celebrated 35 years. This time, too, I discovered among the most hidden folds of the Parete Striata an itinerary that, on balance, amazed even me with its beauty and logicality.

This is also a route dedicated to lovers of beautiful rock and 'plasir' bolting, and the name 'Mas Y Mas' is the name of a Spanish supermarket chain that also exists here, duly translated into Italian.

Why this name? Simple, these streets are just as successful as supermarkets.

They are abandoning the boring and very same monolithic routes (like the small provincial shops where you waste hours shopping and sometimes there is not even a variety of choice) and favouring these itineraries, true supermarkets of gesture, where in one route you can find everything: slab, overhang, dihedral, dulfer, cracks.

All of this is topped off by near-perfect bolting that allows one to enjoy unforgettable days in one of the most beautiful climbing contexts of our Tyrrhenian Sea, reviving that much-forgotten 'dinosaur' that is the 'roped party of two'.

The route, as well as all those bolted recently with Luisa, is equipped with stainless steel fixes and the belays are with chains, so I would ask anyone using it not to steal them (as has already happened on Kimera and Trident) because such petty gestures are to everyone's detriment!
