All techniques are tackled in concert, paying particular attention to the aspect of balance and the mental aspect, which are very important in our opinion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Further training courses<\/strong> are aimed at those who have already attended a basic course or those who are already practising the discipline in question, even if they come from other training backgrounds. Here we will go into the details of the activities and detail the technical aspects in order to increase your level of knowledge of the specific activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are all <strong>Certified mountain guides with proven experience<\/strong> and we have two in-house National Alpine Guide Instructors who have contributed to the drafting of the national technical texts with great expertise on all the topics covered, from classical climbing techniques to crack climbing or bolting techniques and equipment of climbing sites. A National Instructor, Trainer for Work at Height, a discipline in which all our Guides are certified.  The group also uses the innovative PER (Pro-Elastic-Rock) system devised by Alpine Guide Carlo Malerba, which, with the use of propaedeutic tools, helps you learn the \"<strong>Imperfect Movement'<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>our programmes aim to <strong>lead the participant to be as autonomous as possible <\/strong>making every day in the mountains a pleasant experience that enriches his technical background, <strong>always with an eye to safety.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Here are some brief notes on our courses and internships that we will be running in the coming autumn period, <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">ALL<\/mark>  details on our calendar<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/prorockoutdoor.it\/en\/calendario-attivita\/\">https:\/\/prorockoutdoor.it\/calendario-attivita\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Via ferrata course:<\/strong> we deal with how to approach a via ferrata, the things you should and should not do, equipment, what happens if you fall, how to belay a person on a via ferrata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Basic climbing course: <\/strong>Fundamentals of crag safety, basic climbing techniques on leaning and vertical terrain, roped party safety management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>First-rope climbing stage:<\/strong> all topics of first-rope climbing are taken care of, with reference to the behaviour to be adopted and the mental aspect to be assumed in such cases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Overhanging climbing stage: <\/strong>our climbing level grows and faces overhanging walls, here our knowledge needs to be increased in order for our climbing to be effective. We will especially focus on the technical aspect of overhanging climbing with in-depth study of the three-point stance and cross and lateral patterns. All the tricks and tactics to be adopted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flight management\/safety internship:<\/strong> Climbing in general involves a high risk of falling, and the behaviour of the climber and the belayer are fundamental; we learn how to fall and how to belay correctly with the various brakes by managing the devices we use on the wall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stage 'use of feet': <\/strong>'Use your feet well' how many times have we heard this phrase, which in itself means everything and nothing. Using your feet correctly, on the other hand, allows you to take the weight off your arms and enjoy climbing. We will cover the correct use of feet on all terrain, the types of climbing shoes and which are best suited to different climbing styles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Progression stages on long routes: <\/strong>the approach to the wall changes, knowledge and behaviour are completely different than at the crag. Rope progression on several pitches, traditional belays and materials, use of half ropes, descent and management of double ropes, reading guides and planning the ascent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Safety and self-rescue workshop: <\/strong>Useful for those who climb in the gym but especially for those who climb long routes. How many of us know how to handle emergency situations on the wall? From emergency abseiling on a sport route to how to put the rope correctly in the chain. From self-rescue to the first or second climber on long routes to recovery pulleys and abandonment belays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also...how many of us pause to assess the state of equipment on a route?
