BOOKING CONDITIONS COMMON TO ALL ACTIVITIES - COURSES - PROGRAMS<\/strong><\/p>\n

All activities are supervised by ProRockOutdoor Mountain Guides<\/strong>The organisation is duly licensed to practise mountaineering in all its forms and insured for third-party liability (R.C.T.) in accordance with the law.
\nThe programme includes COURSES<\/strong>especially aimed at beginners and those who wish to learn the basic principles of the various activities practicable in the form of STAGE or SINGLE EXIT<\/strong>.
\nFor each activity, detailed programmes will be provided on request, specifying the venue, the technical commitment, the participation 'fee' and the minimum and maximum number of participants.
\nTariffs<\/strong>unless otherwise specified, only include the guide's services\/accompaniment, while the guide's travel, board and lodging expenses will be shared equally by the participants.
\nProgrammes may be changed or cancelled at the discretion of the ProRock Outdoor Guides<\/strong>mainly due to weather conditions.
\nA list of the material required for each activity will be provided and, if requested in advance - via the organisation -, it is possible to hire the material itself for practising the activities.<\/p>\n

COSTS<\/strong>: Costs are indicated in each itinerary and are exclusive of VAT<\/p>\n

TERMS OF PAYMENT:<\/strong> deposit at the time of booking and balance before departure, unless special conditions are indicated in the individual programmes.<\/p>\n

REGISTRATIONS<\/strong> must be received no later than the date indicated in the individual programmes and will be formalised by paying the 30% and completing the participation form, either by email or at our offices<\/p>\n

MINIMUM\/MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS:<\/strong> as per the programme - The programme can still be carried out with a smaller number of people, under the conditions that will be communicated to the participants.<\/p>\n

CLOTHING\/EQUIPMENT:<\/strong> For each activity \\ course, a list of personal materials to be brought will still be given.<\/p>\n
