Start much lower down near the path to/from the marmifera to the Focolaccia pass on a white marble slab with a name written on it at the start.
This route climbs the pillar to the left of Canal Cambron, which we have named 'Pilier Cambron'. After two pitches of easy slabs and a transfer on grass, you reach the base of the pillar proper.four vertical pitches on excellent rock climb a series of cracks and overhangs that lead to the top.a series of friends can help you integrate the bolts already in place that will be increased next year (this year we ran out of batteries and.... the tips!). Approach The route is at an altitude of about 1600 metres (max. 6a) and in July and August it is in the sun until early afternoon (shade is recommended!).As a backup, I recommend that you go and spend the night before at the Orto di Donna refuge at Cava 27 where Stefania, as well as offering you good food and hospitality, will give you further information on the many new routes near the refuge.
If you instead want to go directly to the route, you can climb directly to the mouth of Cardeto and then traverse to the attack on the steep path (approx. 2 hours) that starts near the Val Serenaia refuge
