Iyengar Yoga Teacher
Mountain guide and Iyengar yoga teacher, I combine passion for the mountains with the discipline of yoga, in order to gain awareness of oneself and the surrounding environment.
Born at the foot of the Gran Sasso, I transformed into a profession the passion that I shared with my father.
In 1986, after years of mountaineering, I became a mountain guide, and have been leading and introducing pupils to the art of mountaineering in safety. Parallel to this passion I have been practicing Iyengar yoga since 1978. I studied with Mr Iyengar in India and was awarded a teaching certificate from him.
Today I combine yoga discipline with my passion for the mountains, offering courses in rock and ice climbing, hiking, vie ferrate, ski touring and mountaineering, combining them with Iyengar Yoga.
